I worked with Mario for 1 year on a variety of bids and projects.   During the final few months I was at PPLS we worked together on the Phu Quoc Inter-connector Cable Project.  As Project Manager, Mario was responsible for delivering the installation spread including cable from Europe to Vietnam, involving extensive negotiation with the Vietnam national electricity company (Client).   Mario proved himself to be an adaptable, diligent, hardworking, professional project manager at all stages of the process.
