Mario Andres Garcia brings over 35 years of global expertise within the Marine Sector and over two decades in construction and Offshore Marine business. His mission is to provide our clients with consultancy advice and practical guidance as a technical and business development resource, enabling your projects to be developed and implemented to the highest international quality standards, on time, and in the safest, most efficient and profitable way, following best practice principles.

Serving 16 years as a former Naval Officer, Mario is an internationally experienced multilingual Engineer, Project Director and qualified Prince2 practitioner. He is a proactive, energetic and results orientated people manager, commended for his leadership, operating at a tactical and practical level with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve success.

Mario has extensive experience, both in the boardroom at senior executive level, and project leadership in the field working with the main client, coordinating their sub contractors to bring major engineering projects to fruition on time and on budget.  His professionalism is demonstrated through his membership of the Association for Project Management. (MAPM), Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (MIET) and is an official Member of the European Energy Centre (AEEC-GMC).

He now adds his expertise in the Cable and Renewables Industry to broaden the services of Alluxi Consulting incorporating engineering services, submarine cable business and its associated activities within the marine sector.
